I have a Voyager Focus 2 that is connect to my Work PC and my android phone.  It usually works great going between the two but recently I will be on a teams call for a while (then hang up) and then it won't work for calls or audio  on my andorid phone - yet it will say it is connected.  Case in point, It won't work on a call (yet again, showing BT connected) or if I try to play an audio app, it will show "playing" for a split second than pause right away.

 

The only solution I have is to restart my phone...or hope it corrects itself...

 

Any help would be appreciated

Hi @Voyager2user Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.  

 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below and test the headset:

1. Verify and update the firmware of the headset using the Poly Lens application on the PC.
2. Disable or reset the headset sensors using the Poly Lens application.
3. Reset the headset using the Poly Lens application.


If the issue still persists, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:.
