Hi,
Welcome to Poly HP company!

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Poly Lens desktop application.

Download the Poly Lens apps at poly.com/lens. ;

Notes

  • You MUST use Poly Lens Desktop to update the charge case firmware.
  • For best performance, keep the charge case firmware at the same level as the earbud's firmware.
  • Make sure the battery status of both of your Poly Voyager Free 60 earbuds is above 50%.
  • You can update firmware immediately or choose to delay the update notifications to a later time.

To update the earbuds and charge case using Poly Lens Desktop:
1 Use the USB cable to connect the Voyager Free 60 charge case to a USB port on your computer.
2 Plug the BT700 adapter into another USB port on your computer.
3 Remove the Voyager Free 60 earbuds from the charge case. The earbuds will pair to the BT700.
4 Select Voyager Free 60 Series from the list in the left sidebar of Poly Lens Desktop (as shown for
Poly Lens Desktop 1.1.26).

If you are still facing the same issue, I would request you contact our HP Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
