Voyager Free 60+ UC USB-C

I have a set of the Free 60 earbuds that no one can hear me on during a phone call. I have tried on 2 different phones. I have updated the charging case and the earbuds themselves and nothing changed.  They are 6 weeks old at most.  I cannot get the chat support or request a replacement options to do anything. I enter all required information and click submit and all that happens is the screen refreshes.

I have this problem of the darn thing going on mute by itself consistently (as in 14 times in 45 minutes) and the only way I know is because I turned on the mute on/off notification, I am just wondering if that could be one possibility?

Yes, just upgraded today, need to upgrade the earbuds and the case separately....and apparently the dongle as well. Had to google my way through.
