Product: Voyager Free 60+ UC USB-C
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Voyager Free 60+ charging case stop showing in Poly Lens app for windows.

Normally it was showing before but now only earbuds and USB adapter are showing.

I did reset for earbuds and restore to default, uninstall/install application and restart PC but also still not showing

When connect it through USB cable, it showing normally.

I am really sorry for the trouble caused to you with the Poly Voyager Free 60 UC.
Could you please try installing the application in any other PC and try checking if the earbuds and the USB adapter is visible, else I request you to please reach out to Poly customer support at 800-985-9815 for further warranty and replacement related queries.
