Voyager Free 60 charging case stooped charging and is now dead, after firmware upgrade. Nothing happens when I plug into the laptop either. Is there a way to reset it?

Hi @balajimicman and @JustinL3 ,
Welcome to the HP Poly community!

1. Try power-draining the headset and charging case.

2. Try using a different charging cable and a different power socket.

3. Ensure both headset and charging case firmware is up-to-date.

4. Reset the headset: Poly Lens-->Settings--> Reset Device--> Restore Defaults-->Restore.

If the issue still persists, contact our support, who will help you with the RMA. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:

I left it in charge for more than 24 hours, and finally the case is alive. I did a reset of ear buds, and so far it's working.

I have to connect to Pol Lens phone app to make any changes. I wish the Poly Lens desktop app recognizes the ear buds as well when I connect with bluetooth.
