Voyager Legend

Hi, I am trying to figure out why my Voyager Legend has so low quality mic while connected by Bluetooth to any device. The sound going to other side has very low level and has a lot of noises, while I hear the other side perfectly. When I use the USB dongle for connection, the quality is perfect for both directions. I have already tried to reset the headset, check setting by Poly software, updated to newest firmware, checked few different Bluetooth devices - old and new ones.

Hello Kris146, welcome to the HP Poly community.
We would highly recommend you use the USB adapter connected to the PC and pair it the Voyager Legend as it always enhances the features and the audio quality of the headset.
Please connect the USB adapter to the PC.

Regards,
Meghana

Thanks Meghana for the welcome. I use USB dongle when connected to PC. However, this is advanced headset which can be used not only with PC but also with mobiles devices. I can't connect usb dongle to my Android mobile device. Some time ago this headset was working perfectly with mobile devices too. Now it is impossible to use it due to unacceptable low quality of voice sending to other side. I suspect the problem started after some of those firmware update I made by Poly app. Is it possible to revert firmware to older version? Regards

I am really sorry for the trouble caused to you.
1. Please try connecting the headset to any other mobile phone and check if the issue persists.
2. Could you please restore the settings to default on the Poly Lens application by connecting the headset to the PC?
Once done please switch off and switch on the headset again to save the changes made.
3. Please reset the sensors and check if the issue persists.
Reset Sensors
1 Test
Wearing the headset, tap the Call button to test sensors. A talk time voice alert means sensors are working. A tone means sensors need to be reset.
2 Reset
To reset the sensors, charge your headset and place on a flat non-metallic surface for more than 10 seconds.

Regards,
Meghana
