Have used these Voyager 5220 for years, but they seem to have lost all their quality control. This latest replacement died on a job...possibly due to heat and or perspiration, but never had this issue before. have tried resets and charging, but zero leds or tones.

My 5200 is having the same issues, I brought back to the store exchanged for a new one and it only lasted 3 days. I updated it and it still won't hold a charge and disconnects from my phone. I work in the heat and perspire, was not an issue before. The box it comes in says its protected from sweat. I'm not very happy, I really like this head set , but I will not continue to buy them every month because they don't work anymore.

Yeah...I just picked up a (nother) replacement this afternoon. They were really great headsets, but maybe they changed suppliers in Mexico. Makes me wonder how John Deere is going to do down there. I am going to try to keep this one dry, but we still have a couple more months of heat around here. Good Luck with yours, and Thanks for the reply!
