I have a Voyager focus headset, when using it with the BT600 adapter, whenever you join a call e.g. teams, You will hear both a series of 3 beeps, that goes on for the length of the call, but also the headset sound cuts in and out for the length of the call.

I have also tried connecting to the computer directly via bluetooth, and the same issues occurs.

Seems to be the same issue as Perpetual beeping / intermittent audio when in pho... - Poly Community

Hi markdrummond,
Welcome to HP Poly Community!

Please follow the below troubleshooting steps:

  • Verify that the USB adapter is connected directly to the PC. Test different USB ports and avoid hubs or splitters.
  • Verify that the USB adapter is in "Talk Mode" (LED Flashing).
  • PC Sound Settings

Set Plantronics device as default for Playback and Recording under Sounds Control Panel on Windows OS or set as Output and Input device under Sound Preferences for Mac OS.

     Windows 10:

  1. In the search box on the taskbar, type "control panel" and then select Control Panel.
  2. Click "Hardware and Sound."
  3. Under the Sound tab, click Manage Audio Devices.
  4. On the Playback tab, click your headset, and then click the "Set Default" button.
  5. On the Recording tab, click your headset, and then click the "Set Default" button.
  6. Click OK to save your changes.

     Mac:

  1. Open the system preferences.
  2. Click the sound icon.
  3. Click the Input tab, and then click your headset.
  4. Click the Output tab, and then click your headset.
  • Reset sensors

There are two ways to reset the headset sensors. Choose:

  1. With your headset powered on, charge your headset on the charge stand for 10 seconds.
  2. Power on your headset while pressing the Mute button for more than 4 seconds until the LEDs flash purple 4 times, being careful to not touch the earcup padding or allow it to come in contact with surfaces.
  • Disable sensors

You can disable your headset smart sensors 2 ways:

  1. Manage sensors in Poly Lens App.
  2. Hold both the Mute and Call buttons for more than 4 seconds until the LED flashes purple then red. Repeat to reactivate, the LED flashes purple then blue.
  • ensure your headset firmware is up to date.

        Update firmware

  • Update your firmware using your computer with Poly Lens App.
  • Download at poly.com/lens

        While updating firmware:

  • Do not use your Poly device until the update is complete.
  • Disconnect your Poly device from paired devices such as phones, tablets and computers.
  • Do not start a second update from a second device.
  • Do not stream media.
  • Do not answer or place a call.
  • Go to Poly Lens > Settings > Restore Default
