My Voyager Legend headset continuously makes the three note "call started" sound after a call starts. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello @jsb2dc, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the Poly Voyager Legend.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. We hope our assistance has been helpful!

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please try a few troubleshooting steps provided below so that I can assist you further?

1. Check for Active Call Notifications

  • The headset may be repeatedly signaling call status due to multiple active call sessions or a softphone integration issue.
  • If you use UC software (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Jabber, etc.), make sure only one call is active.

2. Disable Call Status Notifications

  • In Poly Lens:
    • Go to Settings → Notifications.
    • Turn off Call Start/End tones or adjust tone behavior.

3. Reset the Headset

  • Press and hold Call button + Volume down for 5–6 seconds until the LED flashes red/blue.
  • Re-pair the headset with your device.
  • Also connect the headset to the PC and restore the settings to default on the Poly Lens Application.

4. Update Firmware

Take care and have an amazing day!
