The Poly Lens BT700

Application ID ac6279a5-f8ec-47bf-8fef-32bb97ff5c26
Software version 1.4.0

Installs in Windows 11 OS as a Universal Serial Bus controller and not as a Sound BT700. WHY?

In order to utilize the Headset the module should register under Windows Device Manager under Sound
Your product software seems t be sold without testing. Please provide an updated driver that installs correctly with Windows 11.

There is a little button that moves side to side on the headset where the mic resides.
Move it to the network. The USB adapter changes to a purple led when connected.

This document makes no mention of how to access the USB as Sound device. The steps are faulty and inaccurate.

I connected Plantronics headset for comparison and no issues. Why is Poly BT700 a problem?
Clearly Poly BT700 is not a Audio input and output device.

For Poly
In Control Panel  Hardware and Sound   Devices and Printers   Unspecified
right click Poly BT700, then click on Properties
click on Generic USB Hub, then click on Properties
new window opens, click Change settings,  Events tab, then select top Description 'Device configured (usbhub3.inf)
