Voyager 4320 UC USB-C
Microsoft Windows 11

When the headset is switched on it automatically connects to the PC which detects the connection and sets the Windows audio settings appropriately for the headset.
When the headset is switched off the Windows audio settings do not automatically revert to the in-built audio settings.
Why not?

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please try a few troubleshooting steps provided below so that I can assist you further?

1. Could you please remove the headset and BT700 connected to the PC and check?
2. Could you please restore the headset settings to default on the Poly Lens application by connecting the headset to the PC? Once done, please switch off and switch on the headset again to save the changes made.

1. Done. I should mention that removing the BT700 always reverts the PC audio settings to the in-built audio.
2. Factory Reset etc done - no change.
Also, separately, deleted device in Poly Lens / re-discovered - no change.
3. I don't currently have access to another Win 11 device.

@ChrisG62, Thank you so much for your response.

Please remove the BT700 USB adapter as well when the headset is not in use and disconnected from the PC so that the PC audio settings revert to built-in audio.

Take care and have an amazing day!

That's fine as a work around, but, surely that's not how it's design to operate?
Is this a documented 'feature'?

@ChrisG62, Thank you so much for your response.

The above-mentioned steps are recommended to perform if the headset is not in use and to disconnect it from the PC so that the PC audio settings revert to built-in audio.

Ok, thanks for confirming that currently the product is incapable of supporting that behaviour.
If it's technically feasible, I hope that might be something that gets addressed in a future update.
