I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Plantronics BackBeat Pro
This is to inform you that all the BackBeat Series are end-of-life, and the manufacturing has been stopped. However, as the headset is very old, it will not get detected on the Poly Lens application. Hence, we do not recommend you purchase the BackBeat Series from third-party sellers, as manufacturing has been stopped.
Please let me know the issues you are facing with the BackBeat Pro so that I can assist you further.

suche Möglichkeiten die Spracheinstellung, etc. des "Backbeat Pro"-Kopfhörers von Plantronics zu ändern....dies scheint ja nur per App / Programm zu gehen . Dies gibt es aber leider nicht mehr, vielleicht hat jemand eine andere Lösung für mein Problem, möchte den Kopfhörer noch weiter nutzen !!!
