Hi, 

 

I'd try to connect my Voyager 8200 to my Mac but when I try to pair Voyager 8200 to the Bluetooth on my Mac or my iPhone or PC it doesn't work. Any device can't see Yogager 8200.

 

Even if I plug the Poly Bluetooth connecter into my PC or Mac the Polylen also can't see it.

 

Any solution to fix this issue or reset
