Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Buenos dias, 

tengo un Voyaguer Legend recien comprado y no puedo cambiarle el idioma.

Uso el software PLantronics Hub y me da un error el final " No hay actualizaciones de Frmware y no me deja.

Alguien puede decirme como se hace ahora o porque no me deja cambiar el idioma.
