headphone is not getting charge after 2 or 3 hour of charging its speek battery low we have try to charge with both option 

also did the reset headphone but still same.

Welcome to HP Poly community!

You can try charging the headset using different charging cable and different socket. Also ensure that the headset firmware is up-to-date.
If you are still unable to charge the headset, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at 800-985-9815 to replace the headset under warranty.
