my Poly Voyager 4300 quit connecting to my computer or cell phone

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Voyager 4300 headset. I understand how important it is for your headset to function reliably, and I appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this.
 

To assist you further, I kindly request you to follow the troubleshooting steps below:

 

  1. Connect the headset to your PC via USB cable and open the Poly Lens application. Please check the headset firmware version and update it if needed.
  2. If you're using a Windows PC, go to Device Manager, locate the Voyager 4300 driver, and uninstall it. After that, restart both your PC and the headset, then reconnect and test the device.
  3. Ensure the headset is set as the default audio device on both your PC and your softphone.
  4. Finally, please perform a reset of the headset using the Poly Lens application and test the performance again.
