Hello, @taniagupta2307, and welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager Focus UC headset.

Could you please follow a few troubleshooting steps mentioned below and let us know if the issue persists?

Please hard reset your Poly Voyager Focus UC headset.

  • Press and hold both the Mute and Call buttons for 5 seconds until the LED flashes purple then red, then repeat to reactivate.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

Purpose:

This process resets the headset to factory default settings, addressing potential issues or malfunctions.

Procedure:

  • Simultaneous Press: Locate the Mute and Call buttons on the headset.

  • Hold: Press and hold both buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.

  • LED Indicator: Continue holding the buttons until the LED flashes purple then red.

  • Reactivate (Optional): To reactivate the sensors, repeat the process; the LED will flash purple then blue.

Hi Meghana,
Since my headset is not powering up, I see no lights while holding the call & mute button as well.
Are you aware of anything else I can try?

Thank you so much for the information. @taniagupta2307

It seems like you have tried almost all the troubleshooting, and it looks like the headset is faulty. I would request that you contact HP Support to get the headset replaced if it is under warranty, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out.
