Plantronics voyager 5200 bluetooth headset microphone is not operating with my apple XR phone. headset is linked to phone and speaker works fine

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager 5200.
Could you please try a few troubleshooting steps and check if the issue still persists?
1. Could you please install the Poly Lens application and check for firmware updates and update them?
2. Please restore the settings to default on the application once done please switch off and switch on the headset to save the settings changed.
2. Could you please try with any PC or any other android mobile to check if the issue persists?
3. Could you please unpair, forget the device and then repair the headset on your mobile phone and check if the issue resolves?
