Voyager 5200 UC

Hello, I received a replacement for my broken headset and while back, and was using this new one few times but it has a weird issue. Whenever I talk with someone they complain it sounds like I'm very far away in empty room.

I tried resetting to factory default, resetting sensors,  unpair and pair again, got all the updates, because my app on Android says so, I even tried to drain battery and then charge it to 100%. Nothing helped so far. Anyone have any ideas of why it's behaving like this? Thank you

 

Edit: the battery seems to keep for only 4hrs where the previous headset was capable of 8hrs of working

It seems like you have tried almost all the troubleshooting, and it looks like the headset is faulty. I would request that you contact HP Support to get the headset replaced if it is under warranty, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out.
