Hi @Kisan49 Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

Sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with your Voyager Free 60. I completely understand how important it is to have your earbuds working properly, and I'm here to help. Please follow these troubleshooting steps to test and resolve the issue with the charging case:

Inspect the Charging Cable and Adapter:

  • Check that the charging cable is not damaged and is properly connected to both the case and power source.
  • Try using a different USB cable or charger to rule out any issues with the charging accessories.

Check the Charging Port:

  • Examine the charging port on the case for any dirt, dust, or debris that could be obstructing the connection. You can carefully clean it using a dry toothbrush or a can of compressed air.

Re-seat the Earbuds:

  • Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in the case. If the earbuds are not aligned correctly, they may not charge properly.

Reset the Case:

  • You can reset the earbuds by using the Poly Lens application on your PC. This may help resolve any software-related issues affecting the charging process.

Check for Software/Firmware Updates:

  • If your case supports Bluetooth or app connectivity, please check for any available firmware updates via the Poly Lens application on your PC. This could help address any known issues and enhance overall performance.

if the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support, and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
