I’m sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with your Voyager 5200 headset. I completely understand how important it is to have your device functioning reliably. 

To help resolve the issue, I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps using the Poly Lens application on your PC:
 

  1. Update the headset firmware to ensure it is running the latest version.
  2. Disable or reset the headset’s wearing sensors via the Poly Lens app.
  3. Confirm the headset is set as the default audio device on both your PC and softphone.
  4. Perform a full reset of the headset through the Poly Lens application.
