POLY  v5200 with charging case and US

I've had this device for about two months, and now it suddenly stopped working. When a call comes in on my phone, it connects via Bluetooth, but there's only dead air. I have to switch to speakerphone to take the call. I disconnected the Bluetooth and set it up again, but now my phone won't recognize it at all. I also use the USB for my computer, which allows me to listen to videos, but phone calls aren't recognized by Bluetooth, so I'm forced to use the speaker. My job involves being on the phone all day for customer service, and I need urgent help!

Hi @ginamag1 Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.  

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Connect the Voyager 5200 to your PC using a USB cable and verify the firmware, then update it using the Poly Lens application.
2. Reset or disable the sensors through the Poly Lens application.
3. Reset the headset using the Poly Lens application on your PC and test the headset. 

 

If the issue still persists, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:.
