Hi @Ettore_b Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I’m truly sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with your Voyager 4320 headset. I understand how essential it is for your headset to function properly, and I appreciate your patience as we work through this together.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue:

  1. Update the Firmware:
Ensure the headset’s firmware is up to date by using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  2. Reset or Disable the Wearing Sensors:
Using the Poly Lens application, try disabling or resetting the headset’s wearing sensors.
  3. Set the Headset as Default in Microsoft Teams:
Verify that the headset is set as the default audio device within the Microsoft Teams application.
  4. Update Microsoft Teams:
Make sure that you are using the latest version of Microsoft Teams.
  5. Check Poly Lens Settings:
In the Poly Lens application, go to Settings > Target Softphone > Microsoft Teams and ensure it is properly configured.
