Voyager Surround 80 UC USB-C

Hello,

I've got several poly voyager surround 80 and 85 headsets.   They have a feature where the side of the headset detects a tap (it's not a physical button) and when it does, it presses play or pause in whatever app is open on  your cell phone or PC.   How can I disable the tap detection?   My users frequently take the headset off of their ears to have a conversation with someone face to face.  Often, while the headset is resting around the person's neck it will detect a tap and press play on their phone (or PC).

I've searched through the manual and the poly lens app for an option and I cannot find it.  I found an option to disable the physical "custom button" - or reconfigure that button to do something else.  However, the settings for custom button do not affect tap detection.

How can I disable the play/pause action when the headset detects a tap?   It's definitely the worst flaw in these headsets that my users and I have encountered.   These headsets would be darn near perfect if we could find a way to disable it.
