Voyager Surround 80 M UC USB-C

Hi,
I first connected the headset via my phone where the app was already installed.
Sound is great, mic is great, overal feeling when wearing is great. but now comes the complaining part.
The app will not work if you prevent it from sending notifications, I believe its my phone and I like to decide what apps are allowed to send notifs.
So i turn that on, app works... somewhat. Updated firmware to latest version. ok.
The headset keeps starting my music app and plays music weither I want this or not, pressing the pauze button pauzes it for few seconds and it starts again.. there is no way to stop this and its driving me crazy.
So i went to my phone settings and bluetooth connection settings and turned of audio only calls. this prevents it, but that is not how I want to use my headset.
So I already deleted my connection so it does not automatically connect anymore to my phone. I want to keep my sanity.

Beside this fact.
My headset randomly beeps. sometimes with a +1minute interval sometimes its 2-3 times within 10seconds.
And that is driving me even more crazy, I nearly want to throw it out of my office window 5 floors down.
I was glad and happy with a new hardware.. untill I start using it.

So like i said, I deleted the app and removed my bluetooth connection from my phone for no auto link.
I test it on my pc. My music does not start, but the beeping persists and do I need to tell this that its driving me crazy?
If there is nothing wrong with it I don't know what the issue is.

To help troubleshoot the issue, please try the following steps using the Poly Lens application on your PC:
 

  1. Check for any available firmware updates and install them.
  2. Disable or reset the wearing sensors through the app.
  3. Perform a full headset reset using the Poly Lens application.

Thank you for reply so fast. I Do have some feedback.

1. update firmware.
Did you read my reaction with care?
I quote: " Updated firmware to latest version. ok."
A bit strange then to give this as a first suggestion to update the firmware while I stated above that I already did that and it was ok.

2. I tried to change every settings in the app, nothing helped.
And the app does not even work if I turn of notifications.
I believe my phone is from me? I believe that also the headset belongs to me? I think I am allowed to turn of notifications of whatever app I want to without the app not working anymore. Why disable the app this way?
So since the headset is driving me crazy and the app is not even working I deleted the app. and removed my bluetooth connection on my phone so it will not automaticly connect.


3. I already removed the app as it was not working anymore as stated above in 2.
I will reinstall the app to full reset the headset. But I am already really annoyed by this issue that a brand new headset is not working as intended.
After reinstalling the app, and making a reset (which was ok since I renamed the headset and now it is back to the original name).
Still the same really annoying issues persist. It randomly (read constant) starts playing music from one of my apps (that app has no rights what so ever on my phone) and the annoying beep also keeps going.






Another thing I want to mention, the app does not work as it should.
When you open it, it asks to select your headset, while it is listed, it just opens the user manual. i am not able to select it from the list. when i say that my device is not listed.. i come on a webpage like this one where I can reach support.
Kinda stupid to not being able to select your own device, or when you do select it, it only shows a pdf. of the manual..

As a next step, could you please try using the Poly Lens application along with your headset on a different device (such as another PC or phone)? This will help us isolate whether the issue is related to the device or setup.
