I have a Plantronics voyager legend headset which will no longer take a charge. headset is probably 20 years old,   The battery is probably way past its life expectancy.  Can it be sent in to have a new battery installed?

The Poly Voyager Legend battery is not designed to be replaced by the user. We understand this may be inconvenient; however, to ensure optimal performance and safety, we recommend considering the purchase of a new headset.
