Hi HP Community,

I'm facing an issue with Bluetooth on my HP laptop. I was using my Bluetooth earbuds earlier, but due to some connection issues, I removed (forgot) the device from my laptop as a troubleshooting step.

Now, when I try to reconnect, the earbuds are not appearing at all under "Add a new Bluetooth device," even though they are in pairing mode and work fine with my phone.

Steps I’ve already tried:Restarted the laptop and earbuds,Turned Bluetooth off and on,Updated Bluetooth drivers from Device Manager,Ran the Bluetooth troubleshooter

Despite this, the earbuds still don’t show up in the list of available devices.

Any help would be appreciated!
