poly v5200
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using a v5200 for years as well as it's predecessor.  They typically break physically.  The over the ear section breaks.  I have ordered replacements twice. They both randomly reduce my transmitted voice to a lower level as reported by my phone call recipients.  The condition is intermittent.  My old v5200 still works fine.  I taped it together.  Appreciate any suggestions.  Thanks.
