Just bought Voyager 4300 UC and it was chanrged not it is not charging, tried everything nothing works

Hi @12Chris1 Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.  

 

Kindly use a different charging cable and power adapter, and if the headset powers on, proceed to update the firmware and reset the headset through the Poly Lens application.

If the issue still persists, I would request that you contact HP Support to get the headset replaced if it is under warranty, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:
