Probook 450 G8 and USB-C dock G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have about 75 450G8 machines in use with G5 docks and dual HP E24 G4 monitors.

One laptop stopped recognising the monitors attached to any of the docks.

Tried a lot of things already besides the obvious, like dock f/w upgrade, reinstall W10, HP Support Assisitance updates, Windows updates.

Any help appreciated!

This issue is spreading slowly and looks like related to a BIOS update. T70 Ver. 01.03.02 01/14/2021.

Somehow one is working again. Took it home, used it there, returned to office, docked and it worked again. Unfortunately I cannot reproduce it on one of the others.

We rely on an IT Service provider for updates and support and I created a ticket there as well with the same info.
