Product: HP ProBook x360 435 G7 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have 2 problem, 5MP camera dont work and fingerprint reader dont work.

 

I have Windows 11 21H2 64bit

 

If I try to update drivers and software automatic I get this message:

We were unable to find drivers for your product.

 

I update manual, 

HP Universal camera driver 2020.0.19041.8 Rev.A

Synaptics FS7600 WBF Touch Fingerprint driver 6.0.110.1110 Rev.A

 

In device maneger I see 5MP camera, I dont know to look after the fingerprint reader.

 

I think its a software problem, I dont find any software to download from HP

 

Windows camera app only show webcam

 

In the HP security software I try to add fingerprint but it say insert fingerprint reader.
