Hi @Desterian

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

To find your HP laptop's Feature Byte, Build ID, SKU (Product Number), and System Board CT Number, restart the computer and repeatedly press Esc when the HP logo appears to open the Startup Menu.

From there, press F1 (if System Information is available) or F10 to enter BIOS Setup, then open the System Information page.

Depending on your model and BIOS version, you can view the Feature Byte, Build ID, Product Number (SKU), and, if programmed, the System Board CT Number. The Feature Byte is an encoded string that identifies the factory hardware configuration, while the Build ID identifies the system's factory build.

You can also find the Feature Byte, Build ID, Product Number (SKU), and System Board CT Number on the service tag label attached to the bottom/back case of the laptop

I would request you to please share me the Product number of the Unit to assist you further.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
