Product: EliteBook 8770W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I recently upgraded this 8770W to an i7-3820QM and NVIDIA Quadro M5000M.
Everything works as expected, except a few keys on the keyboard have stopped working:
F9, F10
Number row 1, 2, 3, 8 , 9 , 0
Number pad 1, number pad 6
Numpad home, numpad end
F, J
Right alt key
I have not been rough with the keyboard and am an experienced technician.
A BIOS reset has not fixed the issue. I recently had the same problem with a ZBook 15 G1 when I had installed an HD 7770M, however, this problem occurred after the M5000M had already been verified working and the keyboard was fine.
I don't work for HP. I'm smarter than the people who do.
