A company donated EliteBook 8460p and docking stations to our school.  My problem is the normal power chord for the laptop doesn't seem to be strong enough to power the docking station.  Can anyone tell me what power adapter I would need to make the docks work with the laptops?

@init00

Look on the bottom of the docking station for.

19v and the amps

19V  x  4.7A = 90W

Volts  X  Amps = Watts

What does yours have on the bottom???

Thank you for your reply!  The docking station I have says:  DC INPUT / 19.5V/11.8A or 19V/4.74A
