There are two of the warranties with my newly purchased laptop. One is of one year warranty and other one is nearby of three years. Which one is to Accidental Damage Protection?

HP products sellers are making things complex to buying, customer support and else.
Queries, support to Offline purchased products from HP world stores are not entertained online. Customer care are conveying to take support from the offline sellers and offline HP world stores sellers are conveying to take support from customer care and one page brochure of product is asking / conveying to take online support by online link only. No offline address of any HP office or Customer support is provided for newly purchased products by offline HP World Stores. Further staff is not aware about Care Packs, Warranties of 3 years and one year, Accidental Damage Protection coverage and theft insurance. Nearby 15 days are over everyone is confusing only with offline and online sales means. Sales and customer staff at online and offline means are working smart to sell the product only, to make their money and not to the consumer friendly, consumer convenience aspects. Really bad experience.
