Since Elitebook 8470p supports Adapter 90W 19v 4.74A, can I get an adapter of 90W 19.5v 4.74A without compatibility issues?

Chapter 3, page 44 of the service manual indicates that HP offered 90W power adapters for the model series.

I recommend you get a 90W power adapter that references the HP part number.
