Add the ssd drive into the second M.2 slot in zbook firefly 15 G8

What is the second m2 slot m2 2242 in HP zbook firefly 15 G8? is it for storage or for something else?

I asked HP support they are not sure about its use.

Its specs says nothing about the second M.2 slot for storage

But its format (2242) is for shorter M.2 SSD's and documents also say Primary 2280 that implies it has Secondary.

Thank you for replying.

I have checked everywhere and no mention of that port and about its use. At least HP should say something. I want to know if I can add m2.2242 NVRAM using that port or I cannot.

Since you are the expert please find an answer to my question and escalate the issue. I found this picture but it does not look like SSD.
