Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

To, i am into same situation after BIOS update the USB-C controller firmware has not updated & also the Thunderbird Firmware is not updating. 

I have tried running the BIOS update thrice but still no luck. I have updated the logs for your reference, can someone look into this? I had support ticket 5088146000 opened but the engineer wanted to replace the motherboard for this issue which I think it is unnecessary.
