Hi, after an update to newest firmware which was installed over windows update docking station hp thunderbolt docking station g2 doesn't work anymore. Think that the problem is thunderbolt. After two remote sessions with HP Support I should install a new windows operation system. The problem should is known. That's not very nice.
Perhaps someone can help me here.
In the device manager under USB-Connector-Manager is the UCM-UCS-ACPI stopped with Code 43. Installed are all current drivers, that's done the HP Support. USB-C Port is working, a mobile phone or external usb drive were detected and is running.
Please help me, to install windows new is no option and before firmware update which come from HP all works fine.
Regards Peter
