Answer Dutch HP support:
Ik heb de Wolf Security issue nog even intern aangekaart.
Het is nu nog wachten op een release.
"Windows 11 23H2 drivers are not up yet and for now can be installed only via Windows Update.
It may take some time for HP to release new versions on this."
Ik hoop u hierbij voldoende geinformeerd te hebben.

The issue you're encountering with Sure Click not working after updating to Windows 11 version 23H2 could be due to compatibility issues, as updates can sometimes disrupt the functionality of existing software. Sure Click, if it's the HP Sure Click for enhanced security, might not yet be fully compatible with the latest update, or the update process could have altered settings or files that Sure Click depends on.
Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
Check for Software Updates:
Visit the official HP Sure Click website or use the HP Support Assistant to check for any updates to the Sure Click software that are designed to be compatible with the latest Windows 11 update.
Run the Program as Administrator:
Try running Sure Click with administrative privileges. Right-click the Sure Click shortcut and select 'Run as administrator'.
Reinstall Sure Click:
Uninstall the Sure Click software through the 'Apps & Features' section in the Windows settings, restart your computer, and then reinstall the latest version from the official source.
Compatibility Mode:
Try running the software in compatibility mode. Right-click on the Sure Click executable, go to 'Properties', then the 'Compatibility' tab, and select a previous version of Windows that Sure Click worked on.
Check for Windows Updates:
Sometimes subsequent 'micro-updates' fix compatibility issues introduced by major updates. Go to 'Settings' > 'Windows Update' and check for any additional updates.
Review Security and Maintenance:
Check the Windows Security and Maintenance settings to see if any issues have been reported regarding Sure Click or application compatibility post-update.
System File Checker (SFC):
Corrupted system files could cause issues with software functionality. Run the System File Checker to repair potentially corrupted files. Open Command Prompt as administrator and enter sfc /scannow.
