HP Recommended

All of my USBs have quit working.  Seems like my 1in2 spectre got hot and they now won't work.  This unit is a little over a year old.  Frustrating.  I took it to a computer repair shop and he said he has been getting a lot of this.  Can someone help.  I did a full factory restart and that did not work.  Running windows 11.  This problem did not start till way after I upgraded.
