HP Zbook Fury G7

Upon booting the laptop up and throughout use really I get a strange scratching sound, pretty much as described in this post below, sounds like an old HDD.

Unplugging power source does not help as suggested above.

 

It sounds like it's coming from where the speakers are but I think the fans are behind speakers so more likely the fans, also is more noticeable from the rear where the fans are and playing music/sound is clear so not speaker interference.

 

Is this coil whine or a bad fan or some dust perhaps? Very annoying.
