HP Recommended

Hello, Ive bought this tablet few months ago but noticed it runs extremely hot while plugged in. Its too hot to touch the back of it. Is that normal? I can hear the fans spinning inside but they dont seem to change rpm no matter what the temp is. I monitor the temperature with hwinfo and it goes up to 90 degress and hovers around 70 during idle. No way to monitor the fan RPMs tho
