Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi!  Does anyone please know how to enable an Apple Thunderbolt Display (Thunderbolt 2) when connected to the Thunderbolt 4 port on my shiny new Z-Book?  Currently connected using the Apple Thunderbolt Adapter which I have used on other Laptops to connect to Thunderbolt 3 ports without issue.  (I have check and The Bios Setting the 'Thunderbolt Mode' is ticked.  Thank you!
