When an app is opened, a window appears on the desktop.
Unfortunately, the font is 1 mm large and difficult to read.

Is there a ProBook where the font window is larger than 1mm?

Hello.

This sounds very much like an issue in Windows, not a hardware issue. If you have an external display, is the problem there also?

Can you take a picture of the problem?

Is this related to the same problem I assisted you with last year?

Hi Jupitero the font is very small on my desktop. I do no know how i could enlarge it. The App is very difficult to read and I have to use a magnifying glass.

Hi Jupitero the widow of HP Support Assistant is on  my desktop on the leftside angle instead being extended to  the limit of the desktop. This problem exist with many  pop-up windows on my desktop.  Scaling is not the solution which I have mentioned earlier. I buy a ProBook which has not this problem but can I test it wen the software is not installed?

I have deinstaled software because the size of the pop-up window was terribly small to read.
