Hello,
I would like to avoid draining the battery by powering the usb-c hub when the laptop is in sleep-mode/powered-off and not plugged to the AC/DC adapter.
I updated the bios to the last revision. I tried to tweak with different bios parameters without success.
Other usb ports have a different behaviour.
Kind regards,

due to the support for PD (Power Delivery) in the usb-c ports, you can not turn them off... it would prevent the ability to put a usb-c charger and power/charge the laptop
