Product: Elitebook 820 G4

Greetings! I've been having trouble finding a good computer for some time that would allow me to do some activities at the University. I had the privilege of buying one online, but due to the seller's distraction, he ended up forgetting the password he put in the computer's BIOS. Which makes it impossible for me to activate some features that we will use. (Resources related to virtualization, etc.). I read some articles and they suggested that I contact support asking for SMC.bin, my computer is an HP EliteBook 820 G4, please help me, you are the best for this. Waiting for feedback.
