Product: HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G10 Mobile Workstation PC (7C3M3AV)
Hello,
this week, I installed BIOS version V97 01.09.00, which ended with errors.
HP Support says the latest version is probably already installed?!
Error messages:
Intel(R) Thunderbolt Retimer Firmware Update failed Intel(R)
Thunderbolt Retimer (Soc-facing) FW Fail to
CreateRetimerDevinstance or read retimer NVM version
Also, the charge indicator only shows 9% charge when "Maximize My Battery Health" is selected in the Power Manager. When I switch to "Let HP Manage My Battery Charging," the correct charge level is displayed.
This problem has been occurring since the day of the BIOS update.
Are you also having this problem?
Firmware Update failed
HP Power Manager = Let HP Manage My Battery Charging setting
HP Power Manager = Maximize My Battery Health
Thanks
