Hello from Germany!

Im trying to boot into BIOS. to disable "Protected by HP Sure Start"
Hitting ESC or F10 will show up "Entering Boot Menu..." or "Entering Setup Menu..." in the lower left corner of the screen.
But boot menu nor BIOS shows up.
What to do in this case?
