Product: elitebook : folio 1020 g1 special edition
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when i power on my laptop then power led just blink for a sec with a black screen and then charging link blinking orange or white light. after 15 min delay my laptop display and bios mismatch error show on the screen, and said your boot block version  is 1.04 and system bios is  1.22

If you Boot into the BIOS, (Tap F10 while powering on), can you find an "Update BIOS" option?

 

There is probably one there and then you can update your BIOS and hopefully get everything at the same level.
